Gavin Wray

Ladder Consulting are a consultancy specialising in human performance management. Ladder required a website, CMS, email newsletter system and logo design.

I created the page designs in Photoshop and worked with Jon Bounds, who turned the designs into a bespoke WordPress theme. I then designed the logo, added some Flash animation and added the site content into WordPress.

Behind the scenes, the site is integrated with an email newsletter system and the client is using WordPress to update her blog.
