Approach

What do you want your website to you say about you? How do you wish to be perceived? Do you have an existing brand and want to know how to make the most of the web's opportunities?

I start by listening to understand your business, target audience and requirements, gathering these into a proposal. This is then developed into a detailed specification of the project.

As well as technical descriptions, the specification also explains the responsibilities for both client and myself, describing what is expected and when.

Regular communication is maintained throughout the project and you can keep track of progress through a web-based project management tool.
